These terms apply to website use and enquiries submitted to Linciricon Workspace Plants. Paid work requires a separate written proposal or agreement.

Website information

Prices and timings are indicative and depend on project size, complexity, supplier involvement and timing.

Consultations

Consultations provide professional observations and recommendations, not complete deliverables unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Concepts, layouts, written recommendations and design packages remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed.

Third parties

Suppliers, contractors and consultants are responsible for their own products, warranties and services.
